A few words of introduction before you begin RealityCheck™.

First, if you are currently a subscriber to our Peer Group Benchmarking or have signed up for Center of Excellence Certification, you are already in the “advanced class” and do not need to take RealityCheck™.

Second, upon completing RealityCheck™, to receive all of the benefits indicated above, you will need to identify yourself correctly as a Canadian call centre when you are inputting your contact information at the end of the survey. Look for the REFERRAL CODE entry box & do the following:

•  If you have arrived on this site due to your contact with TELUS, then PLEASE remember to input the words “Canada - TELUS” plus the name of your TELUS contact. For example, you would input “Canada TELUS - Paul Pettit” if your primary contact at TELUS is Paul Pettit.

•  If you have a TELUS contact but cannot remember the name, please input just “Canada TELUS”.

•  If you do not currently have a TELUS contact, simply input “Canada”

•  If you are taking this Reality Check at the behest of a U.S.-based parent company, please input “Canada – U.S
